IN PICTURES – Special agricultural crisis day: relive the morning show live from a Dordogne dairy farm

The morning studio of Blue Périgord is very different, this Friday, November 15. At the dawn of a new mobilization of farmers, the radio is organizing a special day. The Ici matin teams were live, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., from Christophe Pété's farm, in Saint-Martin-de-Ribérac. This farmer took over the farm from his father, Philippe. He works with his brother and raises 80 dairy cows. Her daughter, Inès, is in agricultural training at the Maison Familiale et Rurale de Vanxains.

Price of milk, purchase of agricultural equipment, transmission….

Between interviews on the purchase of agricultural equipment, presentation of the milking cows with a robotdiscussions on the training of young farmersor on the current agricultural crisis, our journalists and presenters also learned how to milk a cow by hand and feed the cows with the tractor. They were also surprised to see Christophe's daughters, Inès, 16 years old, and Abbygaël, 10 years old, riding their favorite cow, Superstar, like a horse.
