On November 14 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Marc makes his comeback to the Institute, Coline is in Teyssier's crosshairs and Anaïs takes a stray bullet…
In the episode ofHere it all begins from Thursday November 14, 2024, Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) gives his traditional inaugural pastry class. To assist him, he chooses a student at random from the list of first years: Coline (Talina Boyaci). Knowing full well that Coline is away helping her mother on the farm, Bérénice (Bérénice Tannenberg) covers for her and asks Thelma (Elyorissa) to pretend to be her. Unfortunately, Teyssier is not fooled. Contrary to what he wants the students to believe, he knows their names like the back of his hand.
After class, Teyssier asks Thelma to explain to him why she pretended to be Coline. Bérénice intervenes by explaining that the idea came from her, Coline not having been able to attend the inaugural class. Annoyed, Teyssier asks the two students to tell Coline to come see her in her office the next day.
Marc is back at the Institute… but so is Paul
Back at the Institute, Marc (Stéphane Blancafort) asks Rose (Vanessa Demouy) to have lunch together so that he can tell her about his trip to Ethiopia. The uneasiness is palpable between the two supervisors, who kissed just before Marc's departure, but Rose accepts. She really wants to know what her colleague did during her absence…
A few hours later, Rose asks Marc to come see her in the kitchen via text message. She prepared him a new version of the first recipe they made together, and she really wants to let him taste it! She is far from suspecting that Paul (Avy Marciano) is back in Calvières and that he is going to pay him a surprise visit to the Institute…
Anaïs and Milan give each other another chance
After spending the night with Anaïs (Julie Sassoust), Milan (Gabriel Réhsé) seeks to find out what he means to her. The young woman declares that he is not just a sex plan, but she needs time to know where she stands with him. Milan is understanding and promises to give her all the time she needs, but things are already getting complicated. Just after Anaïs leaves, Milan finds the three pills given by Sam in his belongings…
Shortly after, Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) surprises Milan leaving Anaïs's room. Annoyed, she asks him to stay away from her friend. Since the beginning of her story with him, Anaïs has been completely lost. She could lose her place at Double A because she takes so many risks. She thinks that Milan only brings her trouble…
During the service, Anaïs suggests that Milan go work on the event menu at the roommate's after lunch. Knowing full well that Vic is watching them, Milan appears distant and suggests instead staying at the Institute to work… Once alone with Anaïs, Milan tries to find out why she risked her place at Double A. Does this have a relationship with him? Anaïs assures him that this is not the case. She just needs to take risks to find inspiration. Far from being reassured, Milan takes out the pills found in his room and asks if they, too, are meant to find inspiration. Upset, Anaïs explains to him that the pills were given to her by Sam, but she did not take any. Milan is relieved, but warns her: these kinds of drugs could fry her brain.
Anaïs takes a stray bullet
Later, Jude (Galaad Quenouillère), Vic and Enzo (Azize Diabaté) come into the kitchen to taste Anaïs and Milan's latest creation. The three young chefs admit to being very impressed by the new recipe, which proves once again thatAnaïs and Milan form a very good duo in the kitchen. After the tasting, Anaïs thanks Vic for coming to taste the dish. She realizes that they are at odds, and she apologizes. She shouldn't have accused him of sabotaging her service when she knows Vic would never do that to her. Vic accepts her apology and asks her to be careful around Milan. Even if she has feelings for him, she shouldn't burn her wings.
At the end of the day, Milan and Anaïs leave the Institute and kiss in front of the entrance. They are surprised by Sam, who is unpleasant and offers Anaïs drugs right under Milan's nose. He even goes so far as to touch her face, which pisses Milan off. Very angry, the young man throws himself at Sam. Anaïs tries to separate them, but Sam violently pushes her aside. Anaïs collapses, her head hitting the ground violently.
