A Saint-Quentin mother attacks child protection officers in Aisne

For contempt and threat of deatha Saint-Quentinoise woman was tried in court on prior admission of guilt (CRPC). This is a procedure which allows the perpetrator of the offense to be judged quickly, provided that he admits the act of which he is accused.

This is the case for this Saint-Quentinoise mother who could not bear the placement of her child on Wednesday November 6. She attacked the people working within the Aisne departmental association for the protection of children and adults (ADSEA) who came to her aid. The association's social worker and social educator involved the police.

Saint-Quentinoise was taken into police custody and presented to the CRPC on Friday, November 8 at the end of the afternoon for contempt and threat of death. The defendant receives six months of probation for two years with the obligation to work, treat herself and compensate the victims.
