Milan takes initiatives, Mattéo attacks Alice

Anaïs, in the grip of a professional dilemma, sees Teyssier impose Milan on her as second in command despite their previous conflicts. Teyssier believes that this forced collaboration will help Anaïs overcome her apprehensions, but she quickly understands that it will be impossible to make him change his mind. To support her, her friend Vic joins the brigade, but the situation becomes complicated from the start of the service. When Milan, upset to learn that Anaïs does not trust him, decides to take initiatives without consulting her, notably by adding Port to a dish, he triggers a cascade of errors which disorganize the entire department. Teyssier's intervention aggravates tensions: he accuses Anaïs of not knowing how to manage her brigade, which angers her. Later, confiding her frustration to Vic and Enzo, Anaïs goes so far as to accuse Milan of intentionally sabotaging the service.

But Vic, who witnessed Milan's clumsy effort, defends himself and reproaches Anaïs for her lack of patience. Seeking to relax after this hectic day, Anaïs goes out into town to breathe a little and meets Sam, a friend, who offers her drugs to relieve the pressure. Although she politely refuses, Sam insists and leaves her a sachet, insinuating that she can use it if necessary. Anaïs, troubled, finds herself faced with an unexpected temptation.

Faced with these offbeat proposals, Rose and Enzo remind them to be more simple and temporarily assign the management of the restaurant to Jude, to allow the others to refine their ideas.

Gaspard supports Alice and encourages Mattéo to obey, then revealing that he understands Alice's sensitivity to certain stimuli, having a loved one suffering from hyperesthesia. But his intervention pushes some of their comrades to think that he might have a weakness for her. When Mattéo, irritated, plans to trap Alice with even more orange blossom, Gaspard intervenes and adds the ingredient to his preparation himself to avoid the incident.

However, Gaspard, in his desire to help Alice, goes even further by modifying schedules and anticipating her material needs, which leads to a misunderstanding. Alice, feeling infantilized, takes this zeal badly, especially as Gaspard mentions the similarity between her features and those of a loved one on the autistic spectrum. Touched by the intention but hurt by the presumption, Alice prefers to move away,
