Giuliana Gemma will be invited with her sister Vera today, Saturday November 9, to Verissimo. Unlike her younger sister Giuliana, despite the important name which evokes her father’s artistic heritage, she has always preferred to keep her private life away from the spotlight. But she’s not a total stranger to showbiz: Giuliana has made a few TV appearances and also made a documentary about the life of her father, actor Giuliano Gemma. Giuliana Gemma, who is she

Giuliana is the youngest daughter of Giuliano Gemma, born (in Rome) from the marriage between the actor and Natalia Roberti, she grew up with her older sister Vera. The lives of the two sisters were marked by great pain. The first, the loss of their mother who died in 1995 following an illness. Since that moment, the bond between the two sisters has become even stronger.

The career

We don’t know much about Giuliana Gemma’s biography and career. We do know, however, that in 1986, with her sister Vera Gemma, she presented the Giffoni Film Festival. Still with her sister, she made the documentary entitled “Giuliano Gemma – Story of an Italian”, a commemorative work to pay tribute to the memory of their father. The docufilm premiered at the Giffoni Film Festival in 2013, a few months after the death of actor Giuliano Gemma, who lost his life in a road accident.

Privacy

Caring very much about her private life, we know very little about her. A few years ago, in liaison with Barbara D’Urso’s studio, she spoke about the relationship between Vera and Jeda, emphasizing that for her, the age difference in relationships does not matter much. “I have nothing against it, but from the age of 35 to 45, I was with a boy 15 years younger than me for ten years, I don’t understand why people are still surprised by this. Now I’m with a man 15 years older than me“, she revealed, thus revealing an unprecedented detail about her private life. Thanks to a few shares on social networks, we know that she has a daughter: Stella Mazzuca Gemma, who looks a lot like her.

Curiosity

Despite her discretion, Giuliana is also known for an unusual passion, which can be guessed from the photos on her Instagram profile. She is in fact passionate about Cowboy Action Shooting, a sporting discipline which involves the use of vintage pistols in environments reminiscent of the Wild West. This passion is a sort of reminder of the career of his father, who owes much of his fame to his roles in western films. Giuliana has therefore found a unique way of honoring her father’s legacy, by cultivating a passion that ideally brings her closer to the cinematic imagination that made Giuliano Gemma famous.
