Donald Trump has announced that his campaign manager, Susie Wiles, will be his new chief of staff when he takes power.

Wiles “helped me win one of the greatest political victories in American history” and “is tough, smart, innovative and is universally admired and respected,” the 47 said.e President of the United States by press release.
She will therefore become the first woman to occupy this position in the White House.
The chief of staff is considered the chief aide to the head of state and plays a crucial role in the administration of every president.

Who is she?
Nicknamed “Ice Baby,” Susie Wiles operates mainly “behind the scenes,” Trump mentioned in his victory speech on Tuesday night.
The fact remains that the 67-year-old woman is one of the most feared American political agents.
Wiles began his career by joining Ronald Reagan's presidential campaign during the 1980 election.
In 2010, the Florida resident landed a role with Governor Rick Scott, who would later become a senator.
She will meet Trump during the 2015 Republican primaries. The multimillionaire will then give her the position of co-chair of his campaign in Florida. He managed to win the state against Hillary Clinton in 2016.
