Julien Odoul wants to relocate the match to Corsica, “where there is no anti-Semitism”

RN deputy Julien Odoul wants to relocate the -Israel match, scheduled for November 14 at the Stade de France, to Corsica. According to the elected official, “there is no anti-Semitism” on the “Island of the Righteous”, while threats weigh on the security of the Blues meeting.

High tension match. The Blues face Israel on November 14 at the Stade de France, as part of the Nations League. A seemingly easy match from a football perspective, but complicated for the authorities who fear excesses against a backdrop of conflict in the Middle East. Faced with security risks, RN deputy Julien Odoul wants to relocate the match… to Corsica.

In Corsica, Julien Odoul assures us, “there is a total rejection of anti-Semitism, which we no longer see on the continent”. The opportunity for the Blues to play for the first time in Corsica, adds the elected official, perhaps in in the Furiani stadium with its 16,000 seats.
