ver since the first of September, Axel Vuylsteke has been the new CEO of the Belgian group Vinventions, specializing in closures for wines, spirits and other food liquids such as oil and vinegar with Nomacorc and SÜBR closures, Vintop screw caps and oenological analyzers Wine Quality Solutions. Leaving the Belgian group Konings (packaging service provider) after having worked for more than 10 years for the Belgian group AB Inbev (Budweiser, Corona, Hoegaarden, Leffe beers, etc.), Axel Vuylsteke takes over from Denis Van Roey, who had been in post since 2018 and remains in the company packaging with a seat on the board of directors.
In a press release, Vinventions recognizes that its activity “enters a period of strategic adaptation in the face of the challenges facing the industry”the de-consumption of wine and the reduction of wine production potential having a direct impact on all suppliers in the sector. To adapt its industrial tool, Axel Vuylsteke must “transform obstacles into opportunities, particularly through partnerships with customers to foster mutual growth” indicates Vinventions.
