Mike Tyson trains six hours a day to prepare for his comeback

BOXING – The legend is preparing like never before. Moreover, Mike Tyson talks about six hours of training per day before Jake Paul.

We didn't think we'd ever see Mike Tyson in an official boxing competition again. There was indeed this duel against Roy Jones Jr, but it was just an exhibition. Yet, Iron Mike will make his return next November 15 against Jake Paul. It is a question of a age difference of 31 years between the two men. But that doesn't frighten the legend for a single moment since Tyson talks about knocking out his opponent. Health concerns aside, the boxer is putting all the chances on his side. Indeed, Mike Tyson talks about training six hours a day before Jake Paul.

Workaholic

While the fight will be counted in the official record of both men, Mike Tyson comes for victory and nothing else. If legend accuses Jake Paul of doing fake sparring, he trains for real. During an interview for All The Smoke Fight, Mike Tyson has opened up about his typical training days.

ON THE SAME SUBJECT:

« I train all day, it starts at 11 a.m. and ends around 5 p.m.. I do the strength training, the boxing, the sparring, it's a whole process. You don't have time for family or friends, it's complex. During the fight against Roy, when I started training, I said: “that's the reason I stopped fighting, the pain” ».

In other words, Mike Tyson does not skimp on his preparation, even at 58 years old.
