Yandal Resources Finds Gold in Western Australia Deposit; stocks hit 2.5-year high

Yandal Resources Limited is an Australian company engaged in the exploration of its portfolio of gold projects located in the Yandal and Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belts of Western Australia. The Company is focused on discovering structure-controlled archaean or orogenic lode gold mineralization, such as the Jundee, Bronzewing, Cockburn-Lotus, Centenary-Darlot and Kanowna Belle gold deposits. The Company’s projects include the Gordons Project, the Ironstone Well and Barwidgee Project and the Mt McClure Project. The Gordons Project is located 35 kilometers north of Kalgoorlie. The project covers approximately 52 square kilometers (km2) of land adjacent to the operating Gordon Sirdar and Mulgarrie mines. The Ironstone Well and Barwidgee projects cover approximately 630 km2 of contiguous land, located between the Jundee and Bronzewing mines in the northern Yandal belt. The Mt McClure project is located approximately 15 km southwest of the historic Bronzewing gold mine.
