These new editions of Occitechnik will make it possible to better meet the specific expectations and needs of each age group, while maintaining the friendly and educational spirit of our activities.
For several years, we have maintained affordable prices while offering you a high-quality event, based on values of sharing and of friendliness. However, for 2 years we have been facing theaugmentation general cost which has a direct impact on the organization of the event. In order to allow Occitechnik to continue to exist, it becomes necessary to readjust our prices.
Inflation has a strong impact on us and the event’s partners. For example, we wish to continue to supply ourselves with quality products from local producers but their production costs have increased significantly in recent years.
Furthermore, the event could not exist without thecommitment of volunteers, which represent 90% of management. We hope that they continue, like you, to benefit from the best reception conditions, strengthening our logistical resources to support their essential action.
Finally, to guarantee the sustainability of the event, we must arrive at thefinancial balance of the organization. As a result, the main entry fee will increase from 90 euros to 120 eurosan increase of €10 per day. This price includes supervision over the 3 days as well as 2 evening meals.
