La Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye in Lonlay-l’Abbaye in Orne will shine on SIAL 2024, the most large living room professional world dedicated to food which will open its doors on Saturday October 19, 2024 in Paris.
She will be rewarded for her engagement RSE (corporate social responsibility) with the “SIAL For Change” prize and for its dynamism with its two ranges Notre Nature and Aperitif Marbles selected “SIAL Innovation”.
Sial for change
The Sial For change prize aims to highlight light and to reward exhibiting companies that include CSR in their strategy and integrate practices durables in their operations thus contributing to a more equitable future, human and environmentally friendly.
Engaged in a real politics sustainable development for more than 20 years, the Abbey biscuit factory will be rewarded with 1is CSR prize awarded by SIAL for the transversality of its commitments on social, environmental and societal aspects.
Some figures
La Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye is a 100% family business born in 1909 from the bakery. She employs 255 people. Its turnover in 2024 is 44 million euros.
