Holly Cole: a new album and a unique concert in Quebec!

The Canadian jazzwoman Holly Cole will return to the Palais Montcalm on October 18 to present the brand new material from his album Dark Moonwhich will be published next January. Accompanied by a renowned band including her faithful pianist Aaron Davis, John Johnson on saxophones and reeds, as well as George Koller on double bass, the artist with the suave and melodious voice will also perform the classics of her repertoire.

Holly Cole needs no introduction. Not only is she among the greatest Canadian jazz singers, but she has sold hundreds of thousands of albums around the globe and won four Juno Awards, in addition to the prestigious Ella Fitzgerald Award. This concert is all the more special because it will be the Nova Scotian artist’s only one in Quebec this year.

Madame Belley’s Favorites

This concert will be followed by a free after-concert for ticket holders. As part of the series Madame Belley’s Favorites, Spectators are invited to enjoy concerts by renowned artists in the Raoul-Jobin room and then make way for discovery in the Chez Madame Belley lounge where quality emerging artists present original material. To discover: the jazz/hip-hop group from Quebec ZZA.
