It was just four years ago. On October 16, 2020, Samuel Paty, history and geography teacher at a college in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (Yvelines), was beheaded for showing caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad to his students.

“The hope of a fairer society”
Wednesday October 16, 2024, at 6 p.m., the Samuel-Paty collective paid tribute to the professor during a ceremony in the eponymous square, opposite the former Val-de-Vire college, as well as to Dominique Bernard, professor of Pas- de-Calais was also the victim of a terrorist attack on October 13, 2023.
