Joe Biden believes Kamala Harris will “chart her own path”

While Kamala Harris tries to find a balance by presenting herself as a candidate for change, without denying the policies of the Joe Biden administration, the tenant of the White House gave her his support this Tuesday, October 15, three weeks away of the ballot.

US President Joe Biden said this Tuesday, October 15, that Kamala Harris “will chart her own path” if she wins the US presidential election.

On Tuesday, October 8, Kamala Harris attracted the wrath of her rival in the November 5 election, Donald Trump, after declaring during a television interview that “nothing came to mind” when She was asked what she would change about Joe Biden’s policies.

“That’s what I did.”

“Every president must chart his own path. That’s what I did. I was loyal to Barack Obama, but I charted my own path as president,” Joe Biden retorted this Tuesday during Democratic Party dinner in Philadelphia.

“That’s what Kamala (Harris) is going to do. She’s been loyal so far, but she’s going to forge her own path,” he added.

Joe Biden himself was vice-president between 2009 and 2016, during Barack Obama’s two terms.

Since the start of her campaign, Kamala Harris, 59, has tried to find a balance by presenting herself as a candidate for change, without denying the policies of the Joe Biden administration, of which she has been a part for four years.

A week ago, a New York Times/Siena poll found that voters were slightly more likely to see her, rather than Trump, as a break from the status quo.
