The new range of Smartline front loaders is characterized by the possibility to hitch and unhitch the loader quicklywithout getting out of the cabin, and by its Isobus featuresspecifies the manufacturer. Eight models make it possible to equip the main brands of tractors, 50 up to 240 horsepower.
The advantage of the Isobus is a better integration of controls with the charger. Additionally, additional features are added, such as:
- a programmed return to the excavation position;
- automatic shaking of the bucket;
- on-board weighing.
Connection and lifting
The Smartline charger has the same system of automatic connection for hydraulics, activation of the stand and electrical functions than that seen for the first time on the AutoLock range. To improve visibility, the parallelogram lift has been redesigned and the hydraulic hoses are now fully protected inside the arms.
The hydraulic unit, including the boom damping accumulator, is contained in the crosspiece and slides for maintenance. There lifting capacity would increase by 10% thanks to improved kinematics.
The Smartline is offered in two versions: “classic” with manual locking and AL for AutoLock (hitching without getting off the tractor).
