If you have to take the A1 motorway this Tuesday, October 15, 2024, you will have to be patient. Indeed, an accident took place near Seclin (North) and created several kilometers of traffic jam at the exit of Lille.

These are six light vehicles which are involved in this accident which occurred in the Lille – Paris direction. Obviously this will seriously disrupt traffic.

Around 12:40 p.m., three kilometers of traffic jams had formed. “The left lane and the middle lane are neutralized and a traffic jam formed upstream of the accident,” the prefecture confirmed.

An hour later, around 1:40 p.m., the lanes were finally freed and the traffic jam could begin to clear.

We currently do not know the circumstances of this accident and whether any injuries have been reported.
