This Saturday it was the turn of the first team of the Aignan Sports Union to travel to the field of Etoile Sportive Gimontoise Football, resident of another R3 group in the Occitanie Cup. With a reshuffled team, our players started the match at full speed and Enock Petety opened the scoring in the 3rd minute on a set piece from Francois Di Grégorio. In the process, Geoffrey Capin, captain of the evening, doubled the lead and Cyril Guillebaut scored the third goal after a good shot saved by the local goalkeeper. A first quarter of an hour was completely controlled by the Aignans and the rest of the first half will be one-way and our players will play great football without unfortunately finding the net. The second half will be calmer in intensity, our reds and blacks will have total control of the match and will score three times: Gaëtan Villemur Cyril Guillebaut and Enock Petety.
A great victory for group 1. Our players continue the adventure and will travel once again in 15 days to Football Club L’Isle Jourdain.
In the championship, the reserve team will travel to Duran on Saturday October 19 while the first team will face As Toulouse Mirail on Sunday afternoon.
