Anne Sila returns to the attack perpetrated by her ex-companion

The singer discovered in “The Voice” rarely confides in her past. She agreed to do it opposite Frédéric Lopez in “A Sunday in the Country” this October 13 on 2.

Anne They was discovered by the general public thanks to the TF1 television show, “The Voice”. And if, since 2015, she has successfully pursued her singing career, all was not won for the young woman. After living for several years in New York where she evolved in the world of jazz, she finally decided to return to France. Just when his career was taking on a whole new dimension, his life changed during a meeting with his manager and his guitarist at the time, who was also his partner in life. She agreed to return to this painful event in “A Sunday in the Country” this October 13 on France 2.

“My boyfriend is having a crazy puff”she declared before specifying, in the face of Chris Marques’ incomprehension, what this consists of: “Basically he is losing his temper but in the medical sense of the term. He attacks me and my manager with a knife.” Still in a certain astonishment, Nawell Madani questions her, asking her if it was just threats. And that’s when Anne Sila revealed: “I took 12 stab wounds basically. And my manager too.”

“He is having a delusional outburst, that is to say that – I specify this because I really very, very rarely talk about this story – it is someone who is ill, very probably triggering schizophrenia but we were not aware of it.» Frédéric Lopez then subtitled his guest’s thoughts by adding that the man in question was ultimately both the aggressor but also a victim.

“From one day to the next, I found myself stunned. I have nothing left. And at that time, it had been three months since Emilie, a cast member of “The Voice” kept calling me to do the show”she said while affirming that for her it was out of the question. “For me it was blasphemy. I played jazz. You can’t do television, it’s a shame.”

As soon as the caster in question discovered what had happened to Anne Sila, she decided to call her to apologize. It was a completely different welcome that she received given that the singer finally agreed to participate in the program. “I don’t live waiting for things to fall apart. I had to go back straight away.”she shared before adding that her participation in “The Voice” was “the last breath which can potentially mean that I will find a favorable outcome to this story”. Despite her successful career on the show and a career that is launching, Anne Sila today admits to having experienced several years of depression.
