She is ready to represent the North and Pas-de-Calais at the legendary castle of Dammarie-les-Lys: Marine, 24, is a candidate for this new season of Star Academya cult show broadcast on TF1, in partnership with France Bleu.
Originally from Arras, Marine moved to Lille to study surgery. The Nord and Pas-de-Calais therefore have a very big place in his heart. Just like France Bleu Nord! “In the family, at home, we listen to France Bleu Nord all the time”she declares.
“I didn’t expect it at all”
When she learned that she was going to join the new season of Star Academy, the young girl couldn’t believe it. “I was super surprised!”exclaims Marine. The young girl registered herself on the show’s website. “It’s great timing, I just finished my studies, I wouldn’t have been able to before, so I said to myself, it’s now or never”she explains.
It’s a challenge that the Arrageoise is preparing to take on. “As much in life I am a very sociable, open person, but in music it is immediately more intimate, there is perhaps a form of modesty“, she confides. Marine is ready to go beyond her fears to achieve what she considers to be a “dream”she has been watching Star Academy since she was little.
“I am counting on my region to help me go as far as possible”
For the moment, Marine has difficulty imagining herself as a finalist. “I hope, but it’s true that it seems almost impossible to me! There are fifteen of us, and I think that the fifteen have the potential to be winners. But I’m also counting on my region to push me and help me to go as far away as possible!”, she declares. “I know that it is a very generous, very warm region, who often supports its representatives. So I hope that will be the case with me! I hope I will succeed in pleasing them. I am very proud to represent my region“, she adds.
