In just a few hours, the Star Academy will make its comeback on TF1. This is therefore the ideal opportunity to get to know Ebony, one of the young talents of this 2024 class.
There are fifteen of them. Fifteen to try their luck and give themselves the means to live their dream. Saturday October 12 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1, the new promotion of the Star Academy will enter the set of the famous Studio 217. Our colleagues from Parisian had the chance to attend the rehearsals for this grand prime but above all to meet the young talents of this season. And this year, no less than five Ile-de-France residents are preparing to settle down at the Château de Dammarie-les-Lys. Among them, Ebony, a young woman of 19 years old, whose personality promises to seduce more than one viewer!
Star Academy 2024: what do you need to know about Ebony?
If our colleagues from Parisian painted a portrait of the young woman in a few lines, presenting her as “the serious” of the group, the journalists of France Blue had the chance to discuss at greater length with the academician. And after a brief presentation, the one who will blow out her twentieth candle at the Star Ac’on October 15, returned to her artistic journey. “A year ago, I was studying musicology. […] I had managed to save money to attend a jazz music school. But ultimately, the Star Ac’ fell on me. So I left the jazz school, but for another school, even bigger!“, she rejoiced. Before revealing behind the scenes of her participation in the tele-hook: “You should know that I had registered for the two previous seasons, but I had not received a positive response… And this year, I did not try my luck again, but I was contacted on Instagram.”
Ebony talks about her expectations by participating in the Star Academy
If Ebony is aware of the opportunity presented to her, the young singer – whose musical influences are numerous: French variety, rock, afro, jazz – still has some expectations. “It’s important to convey emotions to the audience and for people to understand who I am when I express myself“, she confided to the microphone of France Blue. Before talking about her impatience at the idea of living with comrades who are just as passionate as her: “I understand it quite well. I think it will be quite simple to relate to each other. And within this framework, there is music that connects us all. It will definitely be quite extensive and I can’t wait to experience these moments as a community!“
