Cutaneous melanomas have a good prognosis if detected early. A late diagnosis, on the other hand, reduces the chances of cure because this aggressive cancer has a high metastatic potential. Basal cell carcinomas, which are extremely common (70% of skin cancers) and squamous cell carcinomas (15%), generally pose few problems and are primarily treated in primary care. “The arrival of immunotherapy in 2011 changed the situation.
