According to this bulletin, Kirk will “bringing new moderate to heavy rain to the entire region from next night until late tomorrow evening, increasing the risk of flooding“. This significant rainy episode will “require increased surveillance and may impact human activities“, also specifies the Météo France press release
The accumulations will be significant on Wednesday with values generally between 20 and 30 millimeters. In Seine-et-Marne, accumulations, frequently between 40 and 60 mmcan be observed. This heavy precipitation will weaken during the night of Wednesday October 9 to Thursday October 10.
