Tadej Pogacar has revenge to take in the Tour of Emilia. Beaten by a whisker over the last two years on these same roads, the Slovenian hopes to ward off bad luck and this time take his share of the cake.

Evenepoel and Roglic to thwart Pogacar’s plans?

Just world champion, the leader of the UAE Emirates team is used to dealing with competition but it will be dense in its wake. Primoz Roglic, three-time winner of the Tour d’Émilie (2019, 2021, 2023), and Remco Evenepoel will be his designated opponents, to a greater degree than riders like David Gaudu or Michael Woods.
