Most of the people concerned, from “operational professions” and often in their fifties, should be offered reclassification in networks or the commercial field.

Concern at Orange Innovation

Even if Orange Innovation’s research and development are not affected by the current plan, which affects Orange Business, the unionist does not hide the fact that Lannion employees are worried: “It’s not happy, the general director tells us that there will be no departure plan, but another director believes that staff numbers must be reduced. R&D budgets are frozen. Increased part-time work was offered to seniors, with the possibility of working and being paid at 80% while contributing to retirement at 100%.
