He also hosted several cooking shows on television, revolutionizing the genre with his style and passion.
I think he got a lot of guys interested in cooking, terroir and local products.

He is someone who had a great influence in my life and who made me understand that beyond the brutal news that hits us every day, there are always humans behind it and there are has this kind of sensitivity. He really influenced me on that and I thank him for that.
