PSG is strong against Rennes at the break thanks to Barcola!

After a week of truce, and while waiting for the return of the Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain offers itself a shock to launch this sixth day of Ligue 1. This evening, the Parisians cross swords with Rennes, a club their having caused problems in recent years, whether in the league or the Coupe de France, but after 45 minutes of play, Luis Enrique’s men did the job.

After less than five minutes of play, Marquinhos even thought he had given the home side the lead, but he was ultimately flagged offside by the VAR. Far from being demotivated, the residents of the Parc des Princes multiplied the opportunities, notably through Ousmane Dembélé who was still clumsy in the last gesture. And it was finally Bradley Barcola who, on a counter-attack, found the net with a beautiful curling shot from the right (30th, 1-0).
