During her speech on France Inter, Thursday September 26, Sandrine Rousseau denounced the political exploitation of the Philippine affair. Sandrine Rousseau also judged that the far right chose the legal cases over which it was outraged, implying that it did not react to cases in which people of French origin are implicated. “A few months ago, one of the ten biggest child molesters in the world was arrested in France. His name was Matthew. It was close to Bordeaux. However, this did not move the far right at all. The Mazan trial does not move the extreme right »affirmed the elected official.

A “minority” case?
Finally, Sandrine Rousseau denounced the “fantasy” according to which women are mainly in danger because of immigrants or people under OQTF, which according to her is “minority”. “Women are in danger in a thousand and one ways in our country, under the violence of men, of many men, of all colors and from all situations”she added, specifying that the majority of women victims of rape and violence know their attacker.
