Basket adopts a logo that matches its new ambitions

A club with ambitions bigger and bigger. A few days before the 2024-2025 season, Paris Basket is rolling out a new visual identity. In the majestic setting of the Eiffel Tower (7th), the organization presented, Monday, September 16, 2024, a logo which reflects its desire to export its brand to Europe and the United States, six years after its creation.

An internationally renowned graphic designer

Owners of the club for several years, the owners David Kahn and Eric Schwartz have decided to abandon the white balloon in favor of a symbol embodying the global dimension of the city: the Eiffel Tower. “Our City, Our Light,” wrote the club. Enclosed in a red, blue and white circle, the Iron Lady is adorned with lines similar to the boundaries of a parquet floor. At the top, a light that springs forth.

On social media, the institution revealed a clip featuring many monuments of the capital, such as the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Arc de Triomphe and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

This project was led by graphic designer Tyrsa, real name Alexis Taïeb. With a international reputationthis Parisian artist has collaborated with the Paris 2024 organization, several footballers, such as Kylian Mbappé, NBA franchises, and even rappers.

With a new 8,000-seat stadium, the Adidas Arena, located in the 18th arrondissement, Paris Basket continues its rise. Vice-champion of And Euro Cup winner In 2024, the club will compete in the most competitive European competitions, Euroleagueearly October.

American owners David Kahn and Eric Schwartz have chosen to surround themselves with prestigious names for this event.
