COMPETITION RULES
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME
Chérie FM Vallée du Rhône, is organizing from 09/22/24 to 09/30/24, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled “Internationally Known Competition… “, according to the terms described in these regulations.
This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to any adult natural person, with internet access and a valid email address, and residing in mainland France, with the exception of staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as any persons who participated in the development of the game.
The organizing company may ask any minor participant to provide proof of this authorization and, where appropriate, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorization.
The organizing company may ask any minor winner to provide proof of said authorization relating to his/her participation in the game. The organizing company reserves the right to draw another winner if an initial winner, if a minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the Facebook platform on the dates indicated in Article 1. Participation in the game is carried out by:
– Follow the Chérie FM Vallée du Rhône page
– Sharing the post in public mode
– Identifying at least one friend
– Follow the Partner page
Only one entry per person is permitted: same name, same first name, same email address or Facebook/Google ID – during the entire game period.
The game being accessible on the Facebook platform, Facebook will not be held responsible in any case in the event of a dispute related to the Game. Facebook is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation.
The organizing company reserves the right to invalidate any participation that does not respect this criterion. Any additional comment or comment that does not respect the conditions of participation may be deleted and will not be taken into account during the draw.
ARTICLE 4: ENDOWMENTS
To win:
The game has 2 places allocated to the valid participant drawn at random
The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding their prize. Prizes may not under any circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company may not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even the trading, of the prize by the winner.
ARTICLE 5: DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be drawn on Monday, September 30 at 10 a.m. for the CHERIE FM game.
The winner will be contacted/announced following the draw, confirming the nature of the prizes won and the terms and conditions for receiving them. Any winner who does not respond within 48 hours of the notification of their win will be deemed to have waived their right to it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
ARTICLE 6: IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants authorize the verification of their identity. For nominative winnings, no fake Facebook accounts will be tolerated, presentation of the national identity card or passport is mandatory. Failure to comply with these rules as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever its terms, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.
The winner may be announced on the Facebook page in the form of a publication, following the draw.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY OF THE LOT
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or refundable in whole or in part.
The winner will receive their prize either by hand delivery at the radio station, or by post or email, on the date agreed with the teams in charge of the agency's Facebook page. The winner must go to the location, with proof of identity.
If the winner renounces his/her prize or cannot take possession of it for any reason whatsoever, the prize in question will remain the property of the organizing company, which will be free to reallocate it or not, to any person of its choice.
The prize is strictly personal and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for a monetary value, or another prize. In the event of force majeure or a special event, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes won with a prize of equivalent nature and value, without incurring any liability as a result.
The organizing company declines all responsibility relating to the prize offered, in particular in the event of delay or in relation to any possible dissatisfaction of the winner concerning the prize.
ARTICLE 8: ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
The user's participation in the game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 9: MODIFICATION – CANCELLATION OF THE GAME
The radio reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, extend or postpone this game, for any reason whatsoever, without incurring any liability.
