She wanted to shed light on a subject that is still little known: “I suffered from postpartum depression and it lasted a long time, it's something that is rarely talked about. One of the leading causes of death among mothers is suicide and we know that it is a public health issue, so I write about it“, confides the young mother, who gave birth to a little boy in February 2019. The actress plans to address the issue of postpartum in a book she is working on: “It affects a lot of people and we don't talk about it. And as long as we don't treat it, we can keep it for the rest of our lives. It's just trauma and suffering on which we build ourselves.“.
