Algerian spread “El Mordjene”, which went viral on social networks, banned in Europe

The Algerian spread “El Mordjene” has been buzzing on social networks for a few weeks. So much so that it is sometimes impossible to find. Unfortunately for fans, it has just been banned in the European Union.

The craze surrounding the “El Mordjene” spread has been short-circuited. As reported by the French media BFMTV/RMC, this spread has just been banned in the European Union. However, it has gone viral on social networks thanks to its taste reminiscent of Kinder Bueno. So much so that it was out of stock in some places.

An unauthorized product

The reason? Algeria is not one of the countries authorized to sell dairy products in Europe and no product of this food category is therefore allowed to be delivered to the territory.
