A man accused of killing his wife trivializes the conditions that prohibited him from approaching her.

Gisele Itale Betondi, 29, was murdered in front of her children on September 8, 2022 in the parking lot of her LaSalle apartment in Montreal.

Her husband, Hosea Amorus Puhya, is charged with premeditated murder. The man will stand trial for murder, but last week received his sentence for breach of conditions committed before the murder.

He then had no right to be in contact with her. However, he did it many times before she was murdered.

During this trial, we learned that Gisele Itale Betondi was caught in a vicious circle of violence, which is trivialized by the accused.

His preliminary investigation into the murder case is scheduled for August 2023.
