This RDNA 3.5 IGPU has 40 CUs, which represents a big leap in front compared to the Radeon 890m found in the Stix Point series.
However, AMD did not give much information on the figures of the Ryzen benchmark AI max+ 395 during the CES 2025. Today, as a Reddit user said as part of a discussion thread on Our interview with Ben Conrad d’Amdamd apparently produced detailed marketing documents for the Radeon 8060s.
This marketing document claims that the Radeon 8060s can offer up to 68.1 % more performance than the RTX 4070 Laptop GPU in the Games. In the shared table, AMD presented the performance of the Ryzen AI max+ 395 in 17 games, in which the IGPU obtained between 1% and 68.1% ahead of the RTX 4070 Laptop GPU.

The exact power configurations of the test systems have not been disclosed, but AMD stresses that the comparison is made “with similar TDP”. “In addition, the marketing equipment stresses that the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 system was compared to ROG Flow Z13 with Intel Core i9 13900H and NVIDIA RTX 4070 (ROG ZEPHYRUS G16 equipped with a Core i7, currently at $ 1,099.99 at Best Buy).
The Radeon 8060s is the most efficient in Borderlands 3where the IGPU can apparently offer 68.1 % more performance than RTX 4070 Laptop.
