While many people from Rennes spontaneously offer their help, the City launches a call for citizen solidarity. “We invite all people wishing to help clean up affected homes after the flood has receded to register online on the Fabrique Citoyenne website. The crisis unit set up on Saturday continues to operate to identify possible difficult situations and provide assistance to residents in need.
