All of Brittany and Mayenne are on Orange vigilance for rains and floods, wind or floods this Sunday. In Rennes, the city has activated its municipal communal safeguard plan and a crisis cell is in place.
Météo France has placed the Brittany region and the Mayenne department under orange vigilance, for flood rains, floods or strong winds this Sunday, January 26.
Complicated situation in Rennes

Two open emergency centers
An evacuation decree was taken by the city of Rennes, on rue Jean Claude Camors and the alleys Doctor Roger Maruel, Camille Godet and Alphonse Jarry. Residents must leave their home by favoring accommodation with relatives.
Two emergency reception centers were opened by the city and will continue to operate in the coming days for the inhabitants who cannot be hosted by relatives:

- Constant-Véron gymnasium, located at 1 rue Constant-Véron

SNCF Réseau suspends rail traffic on certain lines of Brittany this Sunday: Quimper Landerneau from 8:30 am and Rennes St Malo from 9 p.m.
