The general meeting of the Grez-Doiceau traders’ association took place Tuesday evening. The terms of the board of directors were coming to an end. After three years of good and loyal service, President Emma Russell-Castremanne has decided to leave her place for reasons of time.
The new president has been appointed, Simon Philippe. “We talked during the meeting and… I was appointed. I want to take this role to heart, it’s a project in which I believehe explains. However, I have little interest in being there since I work in the medical sector, but it is really a project that I care about and which is important for creating synergies between traders and forging more links with the municipality. There are interests in working together between local businesses, and then passing the buck when possible, with networking, Christmas markets, a series of small events which can put small traders a little more forward, to the forefront, and make these known to residents.”
