The ELSAN group announces change in Perpignan.
The Mediterranean polyclinic, an ELSAN establishment in Perpignan, has welcomed its new director, Frédéric Pecqueux, since the end of 2024. “With solid experience in the healthcare sector”according to the press release from the private health group, “he will use his skills to strengthen the development of the establishment and carry out its structuring projects.”
Originally from the North of France, Frédéric Pecqueux holds a Master’s degree in finance and management sciences. After starting out at the Grande-Synthe polyclinic, he alternated between the health sector and maritime freight, before devoting himself fully to hospital management in 2007.
With more than 15 years of experience managing establishments in Île-de-France and Toulouse, “it is a major asset for the future of the Mediterranean polyclinic”.
