New Fortress Energy Inc. Signing of a gas supply agreement with Energiza in Puerto Rico – January 22, 2025 at 10:35 p.m.

New Fortress Energy Inc. announced the signing of a 20-year gas supply agreement with Energiza to supply natural gas to a 478 MW combined cycle power plant under development in San Juan, Puerto Rico, located next to NFE’s existing LNG import terminal in San Juan. The Energiza plant will be the first power plant built in Puerto Rico since 1995 and is expected to come online in 2028.
