The French company Groupe Duo, specialized in packaging reconditioning and packaging recycling, announces an acquisition of a stake in the company Schütz, a player in the field of packaging systems based in Selters in Germany.
The operation allows Groupe Duo and Schütz to pool their resources and develop synergies, particularly in terms of industrial reconditioning.
