Aziz flees and takes refuge in the building occupied by the housing company Roof and Me, pursued by the victim and witnesses. He was placed under arrest warrant, then under electronic surveillance, and finally released on conditions on May 29. On Monday, he appeared before the criminal court to answer to attempted murder. It is contested by Me Forgeron, his lawyer, who finds nothing coherent in the statements of each party, nor logic.
Beyond a threat

A sentence of three years is requested against Aziz, and a sentence of one year against his brother, Ahmed, who reached the end of the race.

Ahmed faces another two-year prison sentence, for beating Chantal’s son, a minor who intervened with a friend because his mother had called him for help. It was October 5, 2023. The lawyer explains that Chantal took advantage of Aziz’s absence to throw her brother out. “Initially, this cohabitation went well, my client even contributed to his brother’s household costs, by working undeclared. On the day of the incident, his leg was broken and he used crutches to get around. He disputes the facts“.
Casimir reassembled
In the room, Chantal dares to accuse the lawyer of lying. Casimir, cheered up like a cuckoo, declares that Aziz and his brother are very dangerous. “They took advantage of my ex-partner and harmed my son“. The teenager adds that he was shocked and that he stopped school to protect his mother. The couple and their son were encouraged by the lawyers’ pleadings.

Casimir, very polite, thanks the court for listening to him. He maintains that he was the victim of an attempted murder, although this characterization is contested by Aziz’s lawyer. The latter pleads for threats.
