The Rivière-des-Français Fire Department had an eventful week, battling three structural fires in the area, in addition to a four-vehicle collision. Firefighter Justin Séguin looks back on the events of the week and the rescue of a puppy.
Despite the challenges, the week ended on a high note with the rescue of a puppy named Pugsy, found huddled in a basket of clothes in the rubble of a burned building.
-Against all odds, the dog is safe and sound.
