In an exciting launch for Paulistão’s 2025 season, Record TV broadcast its first Sunday match, featuring Corinthians, and reached a significant audience milestone. This broadcast, hosted by Cleber Machado, not only marked the team’s return to Itaquera, but also allowed it to climb to second place in the audience rankings with a 2-point lead over SBT.
Between 6:31 p.m. and 8:28 p.m., Record averaged 7.9 points, reaching a peak of 10.4, capturing a 14% share of TVs on. In contrast, SBT’s programming, including Roda a Roda and the famous Programa Silvio Santos, recorded an average of 5.8 points. Band, while also competing, was only able to muster 2.9 points.

In addition to the football match, another highlight of the Sunday programming was the game show Acerte ou Caia!, which averaged 6.2 points, placing firmly ahead of SBT’s 4.2 points.
In the National Television Panel (PNT), Acerte or Caia! achieved an audience share of 5.4 points, while SBT’s Domingo Legal averaged around 4.0 points across 15 regions of the country.
