An Israeli official told Reuters on Sunday that Israel had received a list of hostages from Gaza to be released by Hamas this Sunday, which should allow the ceasefire agreement to come into force.
The three female hostages to be released are Romi Gonen, Doron Steinbrecher and Emily Damari, according to a Hamas statement.
Israel, for its part, has not yet revealed the names of the three hostages.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had conditioned the application of the ceasefire agreement between the Jewish state and Hamas, which was to come into force at 6:30 a.m. GMT, on the publication of this list of hostages .
-According to Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, the ceasefire will come into effect at 11:15 a.m. local time (10:15 a.m. GMT).
