On Sunday, the karatekas participated in the French Full-Contact Karate Cup. Bringing together the best fighters in the discipline in Nîmes, it saw the Sébazacois win in their respective category.
Coached by their sensei Christophe Blaise, they won two gold medals.
Matéo Blaise once again won first place on the podium in full-contact junior category under 75 kg before being joined by Dimitri Pinquié who obtained his first gold medal in full-contact senior category under 72 kg. A great success for these fighters and their coach who rewards the work put in during training.
Contact karate classes take place every Monday from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Doline dojo in Sébazac. Don’t hesitate to join the team, friendly and passionate about this sport.
