A cinema genius is gone. American director David Lynch died at the age of 78, indicates the director’s official Facebook page this Thursday, January 16, 2025.
In an innovative style that is unique to him, David Lynch has left his mark on cinema and television. We owe him the legendary series Twin Peaks but also Elephant Man, Blue Velvet et Mulholland Drive.
He won the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 1990 for Sailor et Lula.
