New twist in the affair of the fake Brad Pitt. The one who testified with her face uncovered in Seven to Eight, Sunday January 12, recounting how a scammer claiming to be the American actor extorted 800,000 francs from him, is now the laughing stock of Internet users and has been attacked from all sides, even by a columnist from France Inter. The story is so lunar that we have the impression that it is not Brad Pitt, the fakebut the testimony itself.
We told you about it here:
In the show, she explained how she had been the victim of a romantic scam. For several months, she believed she had a romantic relationship with the international star. And to prove his good faith, the fake Brad Pitt sent him photos of his passport, crude montages of the star on a hospital bed, tubed at the chin, as well as videos using Deepfake technology.
It is in particular because of these clichés and Anne’s gullibility that the mockery has been so virulent on social networks, she who has already attempted suicide three times and who is currently hospitalized for severe depression.

The cyberharassment is so violent that TF1 removed the report from its replay platforms this Tuesday, January 14 and spoke out on X:
“Sept à Huit is an information program which neutrally deals with social problems. The report broadcast this Sunday sparked a wave of harassment against a witness. For the protection of victims, we have decided to remove it from our platforms.”
As for Anne, she is “angry” with the channel and describes the report as “dung” in a long message on Facebook. Its goal was to alert potential victims of online scams. The effect was quite different.
“Sept à Huit did a crappy report, only retaining the negative sides, skipping the essentials of the story, favoring vacation photos instead of including the documents that I provided, such as the false trial against I., production insurance, etc. Not to mention that they put my daughter in this report, who supports me 1000% and who was interviewed for almost five hours, and 7 to 8 only selected negative points, to the point of saying that I I was angry with my daughter!”
According to her, the scam was very well planned, even though, for more than a year, she never spoke to Brad Pitt on the phone or Facetime and she sent money for a so-called actor’s kidney transplant to an account in Turkey.

The mother adds that she has decided to put the show on notice Seven to Eight for “having changed history in their favor and only attracting audience”, she specifies on Facebook. In French law, this is a letter that explains to the other party what they can do to resolve the situation in order to avoid being sued. She also launched a Leetchi fundraiser inviting anyone who has been touched by her story to help her financially.
