With 430 Grand Slam matches played, Novak has a new record to his name since he is now ahead of the Swiss Roger Federer who was stuck at 429.

Asked about this, he had a response which confirms that the Serbian is a true enthusiast.

« It’s a great record and I’m very proud of it. It is obvious that Grand Slam tournaments are the most important events in our sport. Whatever happens I know that I will always give my all when I participate in these events. Being the most experienced player in these tournaments is something that matters to me.”
