Mia Enderby wins LFC Women’s Player of the Month for the first time

The news was announced to Enderby during a team meeting when manager Matt Beard revealed the winner to the entire team, to enthusiastic applause and cheers.

“I wasn’t expecting it, to be honest, and I wouldn’t have won the trophy without them,” she said.

Enderby came off the bench in the second half to score his brace against Everton and help Liverpool get going at their new St Helens stadium.

“That night I was full of confidence and happy to have scored both goals,” Enderby said. “But then again, I wouldn’t have done it without the girls.

“It was an important win for us and it’s great to get this first win at St Helens Stadium. I hope we can have many more. »
