Designed for Epi brand dealers, this audit highlights the efforts of distributors committed to the long term, oriented towards the after-sales market, motivated by customer satisfaction and determined to improve their performance. The certification grid is based on 6 pillars: installations and brand image, digital, tools and equipment, human resources, marketing and communication and operations. The Top Partner program distinguishes dealers according to three certification levels – Gold, Silver and Bronze – based on their progress and mastery of standards of excellence.
